NeonO is $24.99 CAD per seat, per month. Seats 8 and up are free, so a large team never pays for more than seven seats. Payment processing is billed separately at 2.69% + $0.25 for card-present and 2.99% + $0.30 for online transactions.

Do I really get unlimited seats after seven?

Yes. NeonO bills $24.99 CAD per seat up to seven seats. Every seat after that is included at no extra subscription cost.

Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

No. Migration support is included — we import and reconcile your clients, services and appointment history with you, and show you a preview before anything goes live.

Do you charge a commission on bookings?

No. No booking commissions, no marketplace fees, no client-poaching. You pay the subscription and the processing rate above, and nothing per booking.

Is the payment processing rate really all-in?

Yes. The published rate is what comes off the transaction. There is no separate NeonO application fee layered on top of it. Processing is billed separately from your subscription.

Is there a contract?

No. NeonO is month to month with a free trial, and you can cancel and export your data in standard formats at any time.

Does the price include a website?

Yes. Your booking site and a link-in-bio page for the shop and for each staff member are part of the plan, not a paid add-on.
