How does NeonO's seat pricing work?
The standard plan is C$24.99 per billable seat per month for the first eight billable seats. Seat nine and every additional billable seat are included at no additional seat subscription charge. The monthly base seat subscription is capped at C$199.92.
Is the eighth seat free?
No. Under the standard eight-seat plan, the eighth billable seat is charged. The ninth and every additional billable seat are included at no additional seat subscription charge. Grandfathered pricing may differ for eligible existing accounts.
What would I pay with 10 or 20 service providers?
If all are active service providers, both examples have a base seat subscription of C$199.92 because only eight seats are charged. Applicable taxes and separate payment-processing charges are additional.
Do receptionists or administrative users count?
Administrative-only access does not count as a billable seat. A team member who is also configured to provide bookable services may count as a billable seat.
Does an owner or manager count?
An owner or manager who provides bookable services may count as a billable seat. Someone who only uses administrative features does not count solely because they can log in.
Does this change my existing grandfathered pricing?
Eligible existing accounts retain their agreed grandfathered pricing. The standard eight-seat offer does not, by itself, replace an account's documented pricing arrangement.
Does the cap include taxes and payment processing?
No. C$199.92 is the maximum recurring monthly base seat subscription under the standard plan. Applicable taxes and separately disclosed payment-processing charges are additional.
Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
No. Migration support is included — we import and reconcile your clients, services and appointment history with you, and show you a preview before anything goes live.
Do you charge a commission on bookings?
No. No booking commissions, no marketplace fees, no client-poaching. You pay the subscription and the processing rate above, and nothing per booking.
Is the payment processing rate really all-in?
Yes. The published rate is what comes off the transaction. There is no separate NeonO application fee layered on top of it. Processing is billed separately from your subscription.
Is there a contract?
No. NeonO is month to month with a free trial, and you can cancel and export your data in standard formats at any time.
Does the price include a website?
Yes. Your booking site and a link-in-bio page for the shop and for each staff member are part of the plan, not a paid add-on.
