Your booking page. Your clients.

Booking runs on your own domain under your own brand, writes straight into your calendar, and never puts your client in front of another shop's ad.

  • No commission per booking
  • Your domain and branding
  • Deposits and no-show rules

NeonO online booking flow on three phones: service selection, live availability and deposit confirmation

What it does

A booking flow that reflects your real availability, your real services, and your own relationship with the client.

Your own booking page

Hosted on your domain with your logo, colours and photos — clients recognise it as yours, not as a third party's directory.

Real-time availability

Slots come from the same calendar the floor uses, including buffers and processing time, so nothing is offered that can't be delivered.

Deposits and card on file

Require a deposit or a card for high-risk services and long appointments, with your cancellation window enforced at booking time.

Service and staff rules

Control which staff can be booked for which services, minimum notice, maximum lead time, and whether new clients can self-book at all.

Reminders and confirmations

Confirmation and reminder messages go out on your schedule, with CASL-compliant consent handling built in.

Rebook and waitlist links

Clients can join a waitlist for a full day or rebook their usual service in a couple of taps from a link you send.

In detail

Ownership

The booking page belongs to you.

NeonO is not a marketplace. We do not run a consumer directory, we do not sell placement, and we never show one of your clients another business while they are booking with you.

  • Runs on your domain or a subdomain you control
  • No commission and no per-booking fee on any plan
  • Your client list stays yours and exports on request

Availability

Only offer time you can actually deliver.

Slots are generated from the live calendar, including per-service setup, processing and cleanup buffers, so an online booking never lands on top of the floor's reality.

  • Service duration and buffers respected per staff member
  • Room and equipment constraints block conflicting slots
  • Minimum notice and lead-time windows per service

Deposits and no-shows

Protect the chair on the bookings that hurt most.

Long or high-value services can require a deposit or a card at booking. Your cancellation window is shown before the client confirms, so the policy is agreed up front.

  • Deposit or card requirement set per service, not site-wide
  • Cancellation and late-change terms displayed at the point of booking
  • Freed slots pass to the waitlist automatically

What it tells you

See where your online bookings actually come from.

  • Online versus front-desk booking mix by week
  • New versus returning clients booking themselves
  • Drop-off points in the booking flow, by service

The math

What a commission on every booking costs over a year.

Directory platforms that charge a percentage on new-client bookings take it from the same revenue that pays your rent. Round numbers so you can substitute your own.

Who it's for

Self-booking behaves differently by trade — walk-in heavy floors need different rules than a consultation-led clinic.

Included in your plan

Online booking is part of every NeonO plan. There is no booking commission and no per-appointment charge — deposits and payments are billed at the published per-transaction rates.

Questions about online booking

Do you charge a commission on bookings?

No. There is no commission and no per-booking fee on any plan. Card payments taken through the booking page are billed at the published per-transaction processing rates.

Will my clients be shown other businesses?

No. NeonO does not operate a consumer directory. Your booking page shows your business only, and your client list is never re-sold or advertised against.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. The booking page can run on your own domain or a subdomain you control, with your branding, so clients stay in your world the whole way through.

Can I require a deposit?

Yes, per service. You can require a deposit, a card on file, or neither, and set the cancellation window that applies before the client confirms.

Does online availability match what the floor sees?

Yes. Slots are generated from the same calendar your team uses, including service buffers, processing time and room constraints.

Can I stop new clients from self-booking certain services?

Yes. Services can be limited to returning clients, to specific staff, or made request-only so the front desk confirms before it is committed.

Are reminders CASL-compliant?

Transactional confirmations and reminders are tied to the booking, and marketing messages require express consent that is recorded with a timestamp and source.

What happens to a cancelled slot?

It is offered to matching waitlist entries in order, with a time limit on each offer, rather than sitting empty until someone calls.
