Solutions · Medical aesthetics

Med spa software where the consult is the revenue event.

A medical aesthetics clinic does not sell an appointment — it sells a treatment plan. The consult that does not convert, and the series that stalls at session two, are where the year's revenue quietly disappears.

No booking commissions, no marketplace fees, no client-poaching.

The wedge · Consult conversion & series adherence

The gap between a booked consult and a completed series is your whole margin.

Consults cost practitioner time whether or not they convert, and a multi-session protocol only earns out if the client returns for every session. Both failures look like nothing in a booking calendar — no cancellation, no complaint, just a plan that stops. NeonO ties the consult to a treatment plan with a versioned consent record, schedules the full series up front, and flags clients who fall behind their protocol interval.

Versioned consent

Each consent form is stored with its version and timestamp against the treatment performed, so the record reflects what was actually signed.

Treatment plans, not appointments

A plan holds the protocol, interval, session count and price; the calendar is generated from it.

Interval-aware recall

Clients who pass their protocol interval without booking surface in a work list, not in someone's memory.

Photo and note records

Before-and-after imagery and clinical notes attach to the session and stay with the client record.

The rest of the day, handled.

Practitioner scope and device rules

Only qualified practitioners and licensed devices can be scheduled to the treatments that require them.

Privacy-conscious records

Clinical notes and imagery are access-controlled and handled with Canadian privacy expectations in mind. NeonO is not a substitute for your own regulatory compliance obligations.

Questions we get asked.

Does NeonO store consent forms with treatment records?

Yes. Consent forms are versioned and stored with a timestamp against the specific treatment performed.

Can NeonO manage multi-session treatment series?

Yes. A treatment plan defines the protocol, interval and session count, and generates the appointments and recalls from it.

Can I restrict who performs a treatment?

Yes. Treatments can require a qualified practitioner and a specific device, and the calendar will not schedule outside those rules.

Is NeonO compliant with Canadian privacy law?

NeonO provides access controls, audit-friendly records and Canadian data handling to support your obligations. Compliance with PIPEDA and your provincial health privacy legislation remains the clinic's responsibility.
